Many installation requests require more than attaching a new component. Dimensions, backing, alignment, access, connections and finishing around the item all affect the result. GEN Construction reviews those conditions before confirming the work.

01Can you install products supplied by the customer?
Customer-supplied products can be reviewed when the model, dimensions, instructions, completeness and compatibility with the site can be verified.
02Can removal of the existing item be included?
Yes. Removal, disposal, minor adjustments and finishing around the replacement can be included when they are part of the agreed scope.
03What if the wall or opening needs modification?
Required backing, framing, patching, trim or finish work can be assessed as part of the installation request.
